The real one: live in Rio Rancho, NM

Straight Outta Laundry runs on this exact system today: customers pick a day with real bags-left counts, pay at booking, and every order books itself into the owner's schedule with the address attached.

Duke's Wash Co. and Salt & Suds are fictional brands shown to illustrate customization. Your build gets your own name, colors, domain, pricing, and service area. See the real one live at straightouttalaundry.com.

What the system runs
while you drive the route

Coin-op reliability. None of the quarters.

📅

Capacity that protects you

Every day shows real bags-left counts. Full days close themselves. Over-capacity requests offer a premium "squeeze-in" the customer agrees to in writing.

💳

Paid before you pick up

Customers pay at booking through Stripe checkout built for their exact order - bags, add-ons, even emergency pricing. Cards can stay on file for order changes the customer approves.

📒

Books that fill themselves in

Every request logs itself. Payments mark themselves PAID. One tap of approval builds your daily schedule and a monthly summary of what came in and what went out.

🎁

Gift cards, day one

Gift cards with codes, balances, and a ledger - the product every "new parent gift" buyer is looking for.

🏢

Commercial accounts page

A dedicated pitch page for gyms, salons, and med spas, with an inquiry form that lands straight in your books.

🧾

Clean records from day one

Orders, expenses, mileage, and hours - logged in one workbook from your first booking, organized the way an accountant wants them.

From Instagram DMs to a self-running business

Straight Outta Laundry ran entirely by hand: bookings in DMs, payment requests by text, records in memory. Six days after the build started, the site was live on her own domain. Within 48 hours it was taking real, paid customer bookings.

Today: customers book and pay themselves, capacity manages itself, and every confirmed order lands on her schedule with the address attached. Her per-order admin is one tap. See it live at straightouttalaundry.com.

Full disclosure: operator #1 is family. The builder's sister-in-law runs Straight Outta Laundry, which is why every corner of this system got built against a real route from day one.

Straight answers

What's yours to handle, and what's ours?

Yours: the washing, talking to customers, and bringing in demand - plus your business license, taxes, and insurance. Ours: the booking site, payment checkout, capacity calendar, order records, and gift cards, built, hosted, and kept running. The system turns attention into paid bookings; it doesn't create the attention. That's what your flyers, neighbors, and social posts do (the Brand & Launch Kit gives you the materials).

Whose Stripe account does the money go to?

Yours. Customers pay into your own Stripe account and payouts land in your bank. We never touch or hold your revenue. Standard card processing fees (about 2.9% + 30¢ per charge) are between you and Stripe.

Who owns the domain, the data, and the records?

You do, from day one. The domain is registered to you, your order workbook lives in your own Google account, and your Stripe is yours. If you ever leave, there's nothing to hand back - it's already all in your name.

Do I need an LLC before I start?

Not to get built - many operators start as sole proprietors. Whether and when to form an LLC is a question for a local accountant or attorney, and licenses and insurance for your area are your responsibility.

Where do I do the actual laundry?

Wherever works for you: your own machines at home or a local laundromat. Those costs (machines, detergent, laundromat spend, gas) are yours, and the expense log in your books is built to track them.

How fast will I be live, and what if I want out?

Live in 14 days from payment - our first build took 6. Build is $1,997 plus month-to-month; Subscribe is $299/month with a 12-month minimum, then cancel with 30 days' notice. Either way your domain, data, and records stay with you. Full written terms come with your agreement before you pay anything.
